We offer a 15-day free trial with full functionality so you can evaluate the software before purchasing. No credit card or payment information is required to start the trial. We strongly recommend using the trial period to ensure the software meets your needs before buying.
2. Digital Product
Modbus Poll Simulator is a digital software product. Upon purchase, a license key is generated instantly and delivered to your email. Since the product is digital and delivered immediately, the following refund terms apply.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The software does not function as described on our website and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
- You have contacted our support team at [email protected] and allowed reasonable time (48 hours) for us to diagnose and resolve the issue.
- The license key has not been activated on any machine, or the issue is a fundamental incompatibility that prevents the software from running on your system.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase (please use the free trial to evaluate first).
- You purchased the software without verifying system requirements.
- The license key has been activated and the software is functioning as described.
- More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
- The issue is caused by third-party hardware, drivers, or software not related to Modbus Poll Simulator.
- You violated the license terms (e.g., sharing the license key).
5. Cancellation
Since Modbus Poll Simulator is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is no recurring billing to cancel. Once purchased, your license is perpetual and does not renew automatically.
